Today was amazing. We got up and took the coach to a really great view of Boston. We had a group photo which I'll get as a souveniour at the end.
We then drove into Boston and got onto a Trolley which took us around the sights of Boston. My roommate Emily and I got off at Boston Common which is a really large garden full of statues at what not. I'm so stoked that I got to feed a squirrel, kiss a metal frog and ride a golden duck!
We got back onto the Troley and go a really awesome tour guide. We went passed a few more sights, one being the inspiration for the Cheers bar and Fenway Park - home of the Boston Red Socks.
We stayed on the Trolley and went back to the beginning, then we walked into Quincy Market for lunch. I ate a pizza bagel which was different. We also checked out a few shops. I have 2 Boston shirts and a gift for Phil which I hope he will like :P
For dinner we went to Hooters...yes seriously!!! It was so much fun! Our waitress was Penny and she wants to add us as friends on Facebook. I bought a singlet as a souveniour! (Yes my spellign sucks, I ahve no spell check and limited time :P) We then went to CVS which is a 24 hour chemsit and bought American snacks for the bus. I got Twinkies, I can't wait to try them.
Tomorrow we are going to be driving to Canada, so I can't wait.
